01 For a man, for himself
  1. 1Talk to Thomas first. A confidential call.
  2. 2If it's a fit, you may apply at fortitudeprogram.com.
  3. 3A call with Dave or Melissa about finding a way to make it work: funding, and fitting it into a busy life.
  4. 4Your enrollment link comes from one of us. Thomas may also enroll you directly.

02 For a loved one or supporter
  1. 1Talk to Thomas first. A confidential call.
  2. 2He outlines how to find a way to make it work financially, and what we'll need from the man himself.
  3. 3Then the same path: the application at fortitudeprogram.com, a call with Dave or Melissa, and an enrollment link from one of us.

03 For families seeking private work

  3. 3A customized monthly-retainer engagement.
